Purpose
To assist the family members with advice and guidance regarding personal issues in relation to moving to and settling in Denmark
How
The newly arrived employee and his/her spouse have unlimited access to Living Institute consultants by phone or e-mail.
The hotline is open for questions to do with different aspects of life such as: free time activities, sport, or hobbies, how the children's day care works, where to practice one's religion, public transportation, cultural institutions, shopping, business, networks and associations, etc.
When
During the first 3 months of the stay in Denmark.
Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
