What do we do?
We develop and execute cross cultural training courses, sessions and programmes for employees, spouses and entire families posted abroad.
How do we do it?
1. We train and develop the cross cultural competencies of both employees and management.
2. We work hands on with employees and their entire family – be they Danish employees moving abroad, or foreign knowledge workers and their families moving to Denmark.
The objective for the company is to attract the most highly qualified knowledge workers, and secure successful assignments abroad.
3.We provide consultancy services and assistance to companies by developing a strategy designed to reap the benefits of global activities and cultural diversity.
