Klaus Schröder Pagh, Managing Director & Partner, holds an MBA from Henley Management College.
Klaus was a Sergeant in the Danish Navy followed by 13 years of employment in A.P. Møller Maersk where he was posted in China for 8 years. Thus Klaus has lived in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai og Hong Kong, working as Sales Executive, Business Development Manager and PA for A.P. Møller Maersk's president in China.
As Global Product Director in Maersk Klaus has practised remote management of his team in China, India, USA, Panama, Italy, Germany and Denmark.
In addition Klaus has lived in London, Paris, Sevilla and Brussels.

Heidi Rottbøll Andersen, Director, Head of Training, Partner and founder of Living Institute in 2004, has for 10 years been the co-owner and driving force of a cultural institution in Copenhagen. She worked with communications and corporate identity at Bang & Olufsen and has held prominent positions in private organisations as well as cultural institutions. For a number of years she has been teaching social and historical factors of Danish society as well as Danish language and culture to foreigners living in Denmark.Heidi studied Strategy, Growth and Great Change Leadership Strategies on Innovation at Wharton Business School, Pennsylvania, USA.

Dennis Nørmark, Cheif Consultant & Partner, MSc. Anthropology.
Dennis is one of the driving forces behind our courses and workshops. Former lecturer at Department of Anthropology at Aarhus University, a writer an actor and a commentator and reviewer for the newspaper Jyllands Posten.

Marisa Matarese, Senior consultant, is a journalist and holds a Master Degree in Portuguese Language and Culture.
Since 2004, Marisa has designed and facilitated cultural awareness workshops and country specific workshops for several international companies.
Furthermore, she coaches key persons prior to relocation.
As a journalist, she has primarily written articles for Dagbladet Information and Hus forbi on a free lance basis.
