Jens Rottbøll, Chairman of the Board, Diploma in Leadership, Leadership in the Knowledge Society at Insead and Wharton Business School, Candidate from Rhythmic Music Conservatory of Copenhagen.
Jens has worked as Director of Human Ressources at Bang & Olufsen where he was responsible for global HRM.
During the last decade Jens has managed projects with global management groups from Europe, Inda, China, Asia, South America dealing with diversity management and cross cultural management after mergers and acquisitions.
This work has primarily taken place in Brazil, France, Germany, Scandinavia, UK, Spain and Denmark and the companies involved were: B&O, NOVO NORDISK, BASF, E-Bay, Dong Energy, LEGO Group, IC Company, Pandora and Maersk Logistics

Frode Horsted, Member of the Board, has a financial-administrative education from both the Danish School of Government Administration, and Copenhagen Business Schools. He also has an international management education from the Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Frode has several years of experience as a management consultant and from Executive  Search. He has likewise held executive positions as well in private companies as in the public service.
His consulting focus is within Strategy and Business development, and within Leadership and Organizational development in big and midsized companies. He also coaches Directors and Board of Directors, and he does consulting for start-up companies.
Frode is cofounder and partner in Trivium, and chairman of SYNC-Q A/S.
His experience includes establishing a new business area in KMD (IT-services) for Administrative Services. During 15 years in n the LEGO® Group, he was a Senior VP HR, and Executive VP of LEGO® Europe.  He was likewise the head of the Shared Service Center operations of HR, IT, Finance, Facility Management and other Business Support functions across Europe.
In Grindsted Municipality, Denmark, he was during 10 years VP Finance and CEO.

 

Helle Katholm Knutsen, Member of the Board, lives and works in Denmark and France. Editor in Chief of Detail on Retail, an international magazine aiming to uplift the cultural level in the commercial world and spread business inpsiration across cultures. Author of several business books, writer, lecturer/consultant within the areas of womenomics, design, communication and the “archeological” process of rediscovering  company and brand values. Previously co-founder of The Scandinavian Design College and consultant in The European Film College.
Head of communication and PR at Bang & Olufsen for many years.

 

 

Heidi Andersen, Member of the Board, Creative Director, Head of Training, Cross-cultural Trainer and founder of Living Institute in 2004, has for 10 years been the co-owner and driving force of a cultural institution in Copenhagen. She worked with communications and corporate identity at Bang & Olufsen and has held prominent positions in private organisations as well as cultural institutions. For a number of years she has been teaching social and historical factors of Danish society as well as Danish language and culture to foreigners living in Denmark.Heidi studied Strategy, Growth and Great Change Leadership Strategies on Innovation at Wharton Business School, Pennsylvania, USA.
Certified LEGO Serious Play Practitioner.

 

 

Wickie Meier Engström, Member of the Board, Independant design- and innovation Consultant, Associate Professor at Esmod Internationale Kunsthochschule in Berlin.
Wickie graduated as designer from Kolding School of Design, and has during the last 20 years primarily worked with international innovation- and design projects and processes for private enterprises as well as for NGOs, ministry and municipalities.
During her 4 years of association with UNICEF Supply Division with responsibility for innovation strategy and implementation she has worked with 35 different nationalitites.
Wickie has held a series of managerial positions, e.g. as director of Copenhagen Fashion and Design Festival and as Director of Development at the international design event INDEX:
Her specific design focus is on sustainable processes and products. She is certified in Væksthjulet and Bodynamic’s Institute's management tools.
In 2005 she studied Strategy, Growth and Great Change Leadership Strategies on Innovation at Wharton Business School, Pennsylvania, USA

 

 

Lars Søndergaard, Member of the Board, Vice President at Danfoss A/S and Lecturer at the Copenhagen Business School.
Lars' extensive financial, strategic and leadership experience has been achieved in top level positions in international companies like Danfoss A/S, Bang & Olufsen A/S and By Malene Birger A/S as well as in Dissing+Weitling Architecture A/S (Arne Jacobsen). In addition, Lars holds eight years of experience as CFO in publicly listed international IT companies - incl. an IPO of Netop Solutions A/S in 2001. In his current position as Vice President, Corporate Finance at Danfoss A/S, Lars is acting in a global context with nearly 24.000 employees and companies located almost all over the world. Lars holds a M.Sc and a B.A degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Aarhus and Cranfield School of Management in England and has received executive training at IMD i Schweiz, Tuck School of Business in Dartmouth, USA, Templeton School of Management in Oxford i England and Indian Institute of Management Development in Bangalore, India. In addition, Lars acts as lecturer at the Copenhagen Business School, where he is lecturing in both Innovation and Strategy.
