Culture matters when you do business in different cultural contexts, when you have assignments abroad, when you move to a new country - perhaps with your family - and culture matters when you repatriate.
It is our mission to make it seamless - or at lest with the absolute minimum of compromise - to work or to live in a different culture.
We work on all levels in the organisation, and we often combine general cultural awareness training with country specific training.
