Family expatration plan

The expatriation plan helps the family members to support each other during the transition processes.

An expatriation plan gives the family a clarification of the various family member's expectations, hopes, worries and objectives in relation to the upcoming foreign posting.

With the expatriation plan the family members can support each other during the trasition processes.

How?

The expatriation plan is based on individual interviews of the key family members.
Here they can express their individual dreams, expectations, worries and objectives. Based on the interviews we will devise an action plan for the family.
After departure a solution manager from Living Institute will follow up on the plan and support the family in achieving their objectives .

The expatriation plan is treated in strict confidence.
